Our Tailors have created three cocktail variations with a creative twist, served in 100 ml format. The entire production has been completed with love & passion by our Team of Bar The Tailor! The Cocktail Box consists of a selection of three different cocktails: the ‘Seasoned Sip’, the ‘Agave Espresso’ and the ‘New England Cocktail’. All cocktails are served with matching bites to create the full Tailor experience at home!

The flavor profile of the Seasoned Sip can be described as spicy, fruity and dry. The cocktail consists of a combination of Speculaas Vodka, Wynand Fockink Cranberry Liqueur, Wynand Fockink Cinnamon Liqueur and Cranberry juice. This creative twist is served ice cold in a bowl and garnished with dried orange. The matching bites consist of a selection of duck liver cream with various herbs, a brioche cracker and luxurious nut mix from Gotje.

The flavor profile of the Agave Espresso can be described as fresh, with aromas of coffee and sweet tones. The cocktail consists of a combination of Tequila, Mezcal, Kardamom cold brewed coffee and Caffe Borghetti. The Agave Espresso is served ice-cold in a bowl and garnished with a cardamom pod, to release the aromas. The matching bites consist of a selection of salty cookies with vadouvan, old cheese and mini mocha treats.

The flavor profile of the New England Cocktail can be described as ‘rich’with red fruit. The cocktail consists of a combination of Bulleit Rye, Pimms and Wynand Fockink Blackberry Liqueur. This creative twist is served ice cold in a bowl and garnished with dried orange. The matching bites consist of a selection of truffle chips and orangettes.
