This creative twist consists of a combination of Wynand Fockink Spelt Jenever, Batavia Arrack, Green Tea, Apple and Champagne. The Coast is served with sea bream tartare, tarragon, avocado and cucumber.

The Forest consists of a combination of Porcini Infused Chartreuse and homemade Aloe & Rosé Soda. This refreshing cocktail is served with porcini mushroom tortellini, truffle cream and celeriac.

This special creation consists of a combination of Mezcal, beetroot and Cherry.

The Field is served with warm smoked duck, potato fondant, plum, shallots and caramel epice.

The Campfire consists of a combination of Blended Scotch, Islay Single Malt, Vanilla and Chocolate. This sweet twist is served with a chocolate, orange and ginger bonbon.
